In this workshop, attendees will learn the fundamentals of TEAM-CBT, a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that emphasizes Testing, Empathy, and Assessment of Resistance. Participants will acquire specific techniques for managing challenging interactions and tools for addressing and overcoming resistance in therapy. Through this training, attendees will deepen their understanding of the psychotherapeutic process and be able to identify and effectively work with the two main types of resistance encountered in psychotherapy.
